I got a new drawing book today using a gift card (best teacher gift eva’!) and was super motivated to get drawing. Problem was, neither of the two dollar stores had small, inexpensive sketch books. So I got my DIY on. 

This was my materials list: (dollartree) drawing paper pad, vinyl peel and stick sheets, (from home) stapler, scissors. Total cost…$2.70

I then just measured the booklet, it fit perfectly across the short side of my vinyl sheet. I cut and stuck the vinyl to the outside of the book. Voila! Three small, cheap sketchbooks and I have vinyl to spare for more, or another project.

Like always with peel and stick, you have to go slow, make sure it is well lined up, and smooth it out as you go to push out any bubbles.
